Google always detects your click fraud on Adsense pages. I know many prsons who always say after getting banned from google adsense that what we have done? We have never click on our own ads? we have never gave any incentive to click on ads. But they know that they have duplicate accounts and they do not know that google can detect their fraud with following methods.

  1. The web pages you visit: Google AdSense is used by many web pages for online advertising, and Google's cookies record your visits to web pages with their ad program on them. They have very intelligent bots that are monitoring your activity all the time. These will monitor if you visit any hidden or click incentive pages. Then you will get banned soon.
  2. The blogs you read: If you use Google Reader, Google knows the blogs you subscribe to. Even if you're not on Google Reader, Google knows all of the Blogger pages you visit.
  3. Who and what you're emailing: oops. You are can be caught up by google when you send an e-mail to any preson. Google knows this by gmail that to whom you are sending a message, what will he do.(May be a click request). Google will take action quickly.
  4. What's on your PC: If you're using Google Desktop, Google knows everything that you keep on your computer.
  5. Your schedule: Google Calendar opens your personal and business schedule up to the prying eyes of Google.
  6. Your social network and interests: Google indexes sites like Orkut, Facebook, and Digg, and as such, has access to information about what you're interested in online.
  7. Where you and your friends are: Using Google Latitude, cell phone users can share their location with others. Even if you're not using Latitude, Google Maps for mobile can approximate your location.
  8. Your medical issues: Do you use Google Health? If so, you're sharing your entire medical history with Google.
  9. Mobile number: On SMS, Google Mobile, and Gmail, you can reveal your mobile number to Google.
  10. What you, your friends and family look like and do: With the photo editor Picasa, you're revealing your photographs, friends, and moments to Google.

Google webmaster tool is the best tool for a websmaster to show his website to google as he can see in a mirror. Google will do a lot more as you think. Today I will tell you some benefits of google webmaster tools for search engine optimization purpose.

    1. All information at glance Google will list all the pages on your site that it has indexed. Now this information is available elsewhere, but with Webmaster Tools, this plus other exclusive information, is available in one place. This is handy if you run a number of sites. In my opinion, if you are in the habits of making the websites for others than this will very useful for you.
    2. Show everything about your website Google is an important index, using Webmaster Tools is a direct way to say to Google, my site exists, please add them to your index. Now you'll can be sure, if all your pages are not indexed, If one of your webpage is not indexed that means that google does not know about this then try to increase your backlinks..
    3. Sitemaps – Tell Google About All Your Pages  If you have a big websites and your navigation for your website is very poor so that all the pages are not clearly shown on the pages. e.g. you have 250 pages and all of these can't be shown in your navigation bar. Don't worry about this issue because google bot will crawl all of your pages that are not clearly shown on other pages are still hidden.
    4. Stop specific pages to be indexed. All most every website have some thank you pages, contact pages or order pages. These pages should not be indexed because search engine user will feel boring to see these because they don't know that what this is. So, in your website's sitemap you can restrict some page not to be indexed. Google will exclude these pages from its index.

    5. Website errors I personally like this feature. Google will show errors list for your website that may occur during crawling your website. Google can show HTTP errors, Sitemap errors, not followed pages, not allowed pages, timed out pages, not reachable pages. I think this is very necessary to know these errors for a webmaster to be succeeded.

    6. Backlinks  Webmaster Tools will tell you precisely how many pages out there, link to your home page, and, separately from that, they'll tell you how many pages out there link to other pages in your site. Now this is part of the data Google uses to determine the Page Rank of each of your pages.

    7. Backlink Text You know it is important for SEO reasons to have links back to you contain relevant keyword terms. Well, it's hard to influence that, but now at least you can see what people are using in their backlinks.
    8. URL Removal You can use Webmaster Tools to remove a page from Google's index that has already been indexed but that you now wish wasn't.
    9. Top Query Strings Webmaster Tools will tell you what people have been typing in to find your site over various different periods of time. It also shows you this information complete with exactly which position of Google's search results your terms appeared on. You can also look at google.com results only, google.com.pk only and other location specific googles as well.
    10. Image Search You can use Webmaster Tools to say, "Hey Google, index my images too". If your site has great images you can use them to further enhance the visibility of your website. Set the enhanced image search up in Webmaster Tools and then, make sure you have full image descriptions (with relevant keywords) in the alt attribute of each image. For completeness, also add a title attribute so the user can see further information about the image if they want to. It all helps Google index you better.

Webmasters Tools was purposely set up by Google to help webmasters to improve their indexing and ranking in Google search engine. To help webmasters to have a better insight of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google has produced an ebook that will answer questions related to SEO like how Google index your site, how to increase website visibility and can Google find our site.

Impossible, right? Not really worth the time, right? Wrong on both accounts.

Many times while entering phrases into Google, I find a lot of somewhat related sites, but hardly ever anything exact. So why bother on getting these supposedly un-searched terms?

Because there is a perception that having your site in the #1 spot in Google means that your site is an authority on that particular subject. As any experienced user knows, this is most often not the case, but perception is reality.

Granted, some of the phrases that you can get ranked on may not be very popular, but you never know what a user is going to enter into the search box, or do we ever know at what point of information gathering they are at.

One of the most common traits of searching is that when a user firsts begins a search, they use a broad term, but as they get further along into their search, the phrases become more precise as they themselves filter out the un-related sites.

This is the same concept of which a successful PPC campaign can be run. While it may be great to get tons of traffic for the keyword "shoes", if a user is really looking for "Nike running shoes", the site has wasted money on that search.

Another curious stat that web analytics reveal is that a consumer that comes to a site through PPC is not a life-time customer. They are usually interested in the quick fix, or easy solution. Compared to a user who arrives through organic search engine optimization, they are more likely to be lifetime consumers since they tend to trust a company that has "earned" it's way to the top of the rankings.

By the time a user has a four to five keyword phrase entered in for their search query, chances are that they have already eliminated the "noise" and are focused on the "signal" i.e. the product or service that your site is offering.

One final item to remember is that if you have an exact phrase that is not common to a search engine query, once it gets indexed, it will most like appear in the number one position since the search engines always try to find an exact match when other factors aren't available.

When you build your website, you, of course, want to get high rankings in the search engines. There are lots of ways to do this and lots of ways to NOT do this. Below are 10 things to avoid if you want to be in good standing with the search engines.

    1. Duplicate Content/Sites
    – In my openion, this is the biggest mistake that a webmaster does and frequently does.Do not set up multiple sites or site pages using basically the same content with a few different keywords spread around. This does not fool the search engines.

    2. Cloaking – Cloaking is when a website or webpage is set up to show different content for a search engine spider than the human visitors. The cloaked page (for the spiders) is stuffed with keywords in an attempt to get higher rankings. What it can get you is banned!

3.Bad linking – Backlinks does the better to get ranked in searche engines but be careful who you link to because you can be found guilty by association. Do not link to non-family friendly websites and unethical websites.

    4. Title Stacking – This is simply trying to give each page more than one title tag so you can use more keywords to get higher rankings. The search engines consider this a dirty little trick.

    5. Doorway Pages – People want huge traffic without any effort. Doorway or gateway pages are pages that are set-up for one keyword topic but then they take you to different content. These pages usually have little value in the way of content and have little to do with the rest of the site. They are used solely to try to get a higher rank in the search engines.

    6. Redirect Pages – Redirect pages are set up to rank high in the search engines but when you click on the page, it will take you to another page which is usually a sales page for a product or service. Redirect only when you have purchased new domain and you want to get all the previous domain traffic to new domain.

    7. Automated Submission Services – Do not use automated submission services. They are against Google’s TOS and can get you banned. e.g.addme.com or any other services offered are against what google want. Do SEO do SEO do SEO.

    8. Hidden Links – This is when a link is added to a page in such a small size that it cannot be seen by human visitors but can be picked up by the search engine spiders. This might work for a time but when the search engines discover it, you will be penalized!

    9. Keyword Stuffing – Keyword stuffing or spamming is simply being too repetitive with your keywords as to the extent of your content not being sensible. For example if your keywords are cat food and your text reads something like this: When your cat gets hungry be sure to feed them this cat food because your cat will like this cat food. This cat food comes in an easy to open cat food can and contains fish, chicken and healthy ingredients that all cat food should have. So, when your cat is hungry for cat food, give them this cat food because this cat food is the best cat food for your cat!

You can easily see why this kind of keyword stuffing should not be used.

    10. Invisible Text – This is when you hide text by using the same color text and background. The invisible text is meant for the search engines only and not for visitors. This is done so you can stuff a lot more keywords on your page without wrecking your content. The search engines will discover this and they will penalize you!

Be careful not to use these Black Hat SEO methods because it could cause you a lot of trouble with the search engines. Be careful as well, who you hire to work on your site because some of these things can be done without your knowledge and cause your site to get banned or penalized.
